    1. 单细胞时空蛋白组学技术、生物信息学大数据分析 和 人工智能建模;

    2. 基于功能材料的微量蛋白组、修饰化蛋白组的富集分离纯化技术;

    3. 基于单细胞技术的重大疾病(癌症、代谢性疾病、心脑疾病、神经系统疾病等)的早期预警研究;

    4. 痕量临床样本(单细胞)蛋白检验新装置的集成化和微型化(科学仪器研制、微流控技术、生物传感技术)。
